BUSINESS DOCUMENTS FORM
In this second stage of the application process, you will need to provide your key business documents for your application, including your business plan, cash-flow forecast and personal survival budget. You’ll also be asked to answer a range of questions regarding your business and the Start Up Loan you are applying for.
We have a range of templates related to this form available on our useful resources page, and you can download and use these documents at your discretion.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU GET STARTED:
> Saving your form:
Unless you’re ready to insert all of your information in one go and submit your form immediately, you may want to save your form so you can return to it at a later stage.
Please do this BEFORE you start completing the form, using the “Save OR Return to my application” button below.
Once this has been completed, you will see a confirmation at the top of your form – “Logged in as [*your username*]” – and a “Save my progress” button at the end of your form.
You can then use the “Save OR Return to my application” in future, and sign in as a “returning user” with your username and password.
> Creating your username:
You will need to create a NEW username, rather than re-using the username from Stage 1, in order to correctly save this new form, however you can still use the same email address.
You may like to add a ‘2’ to your previous username for ease.
